주요업무

1. Data Collection and Cleaning :
   • Collect member sales information, commission information, dropout information, seminar information, etc., from various sources.
   • Perform data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure accuracy and consistency.

2. Database Management :
   • Design and implement NO SQL/SQL model for the development of the practice model.
   • Manage and optimize large-scale databases (e.g., SQL and NOSQL).
   • Ensure database security and manage access permissions.

3. Data Analysis :
   • Analyze collected data to identify behavioral patterns of successful TPs.
   • Use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visually present analysis results.

4. AI Model Development :
  • Develop machine learning and predictive analysis models to derive best practices of successful TPs.
  • Utilize natural language processing (NLP) technologies to analyze seminar information and communication content.

5. Reporting and Recommendations :
  • Propose optimal business strategies based on analysis results.
  • Report analysis results to management and relevant departments, supporting data-driven decision-making.

6. Continuous Improvement:
  • Continuously monitor and improve the performance of analysis models.
  • Learn and apply the latest data analysis and AI technologies.

자격요건

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Analysis, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis and machine learning.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Python, R.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience in natural language processing (NLP), ML and predictive analysis.
• Experience in implementing and managing large-scale databases (e.g., SQL).
• Experience with cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• English proficiency is a must.
• Result-driven, strong problem solver and out-of-box thinking are fundamental to this role.
