Your Opportunity: 
You will work with innovation-based R&D environment, working closely with global R&D organization, leading automotive tier1/OEM customers worldwide. Our company runs through creative ideas not by hierarchical order, so you will tell us what to do, and you will be asked to make a lot of decisions. 

Your Responsibilities as a Process Engineer: 
- Develop and optimize our production process in Korea by measurement, set-up, test analysis, and documentation.
- Continuous improvement in process, yield optimization and throughput increase
- Troubleshooting issued in the production by collaboration with other departments
- Collaboration in a project team, as well as global R&D team
- Technical coordination with suppliers and machine manufacturers
- Process audit response

자격요건

Your Profile:  
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronic engineering or similar discipline
- 5 years of professional experience in process development
- Knowledge in programming and scripting, preferably Python.
- Excellent communication & documentation skills in English and Korean
- Knowledge in automotive and automated production line is advantage
- Methodological expertise: DOE (Design of Experiment) planning and statistical analysis
- Social & Self skills: Hands-on, Effective communication & efficient collaboration
