- 주요업무
• Ensure that IT services meet the agreed-upon service levels and quality standards by monitoring performance, managing service levels, and working to continuously improve the quality of IT services. • Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing IT processes to ensure that they are efficient, standardized, and aligned with industry best practices, such as ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library). This includes incident management, problem management, change management, and service request fulfillment. • Bridges the gap between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring that IT services are tailored to meet the specific needs of the PMI-KR and its customers. • Serve as PMO (Project Management Office) to manage IT resources, including personnel, hardware, software, and budgets, ensuring that these resources are used effectively to deliver IT services through a project or program. • Ensure that IT services comply with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies by identifying, assessing, and managing risks associated with IT services. • Manage changes in the IT environment, ensuring that new implementations or updates are deployed with minimal disruption to the business through coordinating and communicating the changes to avoid negative impacts on service delivery. • In charge of maintaining the technical knowledge base and training.
- 자격요건
• Business acumen to articulate the business goals and align IT services to support these objectives. • Good communication and collaboration skill for interacting with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams. • 5+ years’ experience on IT service lifecycle management, including incident, problem, change, and configuration management. • Expertise in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), COBIT, and other ITSM frameworks and ITSM tools like Jira Service Management, or others. • Experience in managing project budgets, resources, and ensuring cost-effective project/program implementation is a must. • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, databases, cybersecurity, and software development processes. • Process-Oriented mindset: Ability to design, implement, and continually improve ITSM processes. • Experience in managing changes within IT environments, including change advisory board (CAB) activities and impact assessment. • Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve service delivery. • Ability to work with different stakeholders, understand their requirements, and manage expectations effectively. • Ability to manage program/projects, and drive initiatives within the ITSM framework.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. • Good command of English. • ITIL Foundation, Practitioner, or higher-level certifications are preferable. • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications can be a plus.
