• Collaborate with customers to identify and define AI projects that address their specific needs and challenges. • Translate business requirements into innovative AI features and capabilities. • Manage cross-functional projects, working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers. • Develop and execute project roadmaps that balance short-term deliverables with long-term product vision. • Lead Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) or pilot projects to showcase the power of AI solutions and their potential business benefits. • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, mitigate risks, and ensure project success. • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture. • Develop and deliver high-quality communication materials to internal and external stakeholders. • Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving. • Travel domestically to customer sites as needed (up to 20% of working hours).
- 자격요건
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, physics, chemistry, statistics, mathematics, operations research, or a related field. • Proven experience in planning and managing AI/ML projects, including project scoping, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. • Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, methodologies, and their applications in manufacturing. • Experience in semiconductor equipment, processes, or yield management. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean.

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and tools. • Strong understanding of product management for AI/ML solutions, including market analysis, product positioning, and roadmap development.
