- 주요업무
•Take initiatives for IT SW quality improvements including test planning and strategies. •Set up the QA criteria and processes and improve them. •Set the KPIs to ensure the quality of the service delivery activities from the customer perspective. •Identify the risks of SW development and manage to reduce them. •Lead and work with QA team which will be placed in India. •Reviewing software requirements and ensuring the quality of the test scenarios. •In charge of building and maintaining the SW test environments. •Analyzing test results on database impacts/integrity, errors/bugs, usability, and propose the solutions. •Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design team. •Interacting with clients to understand and articulate the product requirements. •Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems. •In charge of maintaining the technical operation document and training.
- 자격요건
•Minimum 5+ years if experience on QA/test engineering •Should have good communication and collaboration skill. •Ability to set and manage test environment. •Proven knowledge and experience on testing techniques and methodologies. •Proven knowledge and experience on test technic and automated tools for the regression test (Selenium, TestRail, TestNG, Junit, Appium, and so on). •Proven experience on strong problem solving and analytical skill. •SW development experience is preferable (Java, JavaScript and etc.)
