주요업무

• Collaborate with clinical geneticists, oncologists, and bioinformatics scientists for the development of AI/ML products related to genomic data.
• Develop and test software utilizing AI/ML models.
• Design and implement research to demonstrate the performance and utility of new AI/ML algorithms.
• Communicate complex technical concepts at various levels through presentations and manuscripts, both internally and externally.
• Participate in the development of GenomeInsight's AI/ML-based products.

자격요건

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
• At least two of the following experiences:
　- Proficiency in Python/C++ for software development.
　- Experience in Bioinformatics.
　- Experience in the development of AI/ML-based software.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience or equivalent (including Master’s degree).
• Understanding and development experience in a Linux environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Korean.

우대사항

• Experience in implementing software/services based on AI/ML models.
• Understanding of Genomics and NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) is a plus.
