주요업무

• Support Korean customer for technical inquiries related to products which have been sold for Korean customer
• Support customer's inquiry related to Classic AUTOSAR and Security
• Support customer's inquiry related to ethernet switch product
• When inquires are raised by customers EBK engineer analyzes the request of customers and try to solve it through various way like checking user's manual, AUTOSAR specification, debugging, source code analysis or etcs.
• When supporing customer, various tools like Lauterbach Trace32, CANoe and etc are used.
• If the inquiry cannot be handled by EBK engineer, he/she can reach to a global expert engineer to find a tip or solution.
• Make a demo project and demonstrate it for Korean customer when there is request for it
• Contact or visit customers to support technical inquires efficiently if it's necessary.
• Prepare training for Korean customer like that studying and researching will be continued consistently to catch up all basic AUTOSAR BSW modules, AUTOSAR specification update and ethernet-related skill.
• Adjust or imporve training materials based on the feedback of Korean customer
• Proceeding the Korean training
• Joining a meeting or conference call with a customer when discussing technical topics in detail if there's a request from the sales department.

자격요건

• A MSc or BSc degree in computer science, electronics or similar
• Excellent communication and language skills in English
• 8+ years of working experience in technical area including AUTOSAR or automotive ethernet or equivalent embedded operating system
• Very good programming language knowledge (especially C)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the willingness to use them
• Good technical background for security Use different tools and development environments
(e.g. Lauterbach Trace32, Eclipse (IDE)) and EB products such as EB tresos studio, AutoCore, OSEKCore)
