주요업무

• In-house network management
• In-house IT system operation
• In-house system account issuance and authority management
• In-house S/W and IT asset management
• Help Desk (PC format and installation, error resolution, security solution installation, etc.)
• Technical security support ( Firewall, internal network security, security solution operation, etc.)

자격요건

• Experience: Junior up to 2 years of IT support or network management work experience
• Basic experience and competency in network equipment such as switches and firewalls
• Strong knowledge of Linux OS (preferably Ubuntu LTS)
• Basic knowledge of OS, PC (Mac, Windows), network security
• Able to diagnose and solve computer problems
• Able to communicate positively with colleagues without insisting on own opinion

• Seeking to have various experiences as an IT professional or security expert while learning from routine tasks step by step
• Self-motivated and quality-focused work attitude
• Actively identifying the latest IT trends and technologies and applying them to work
• Highly interested in business automation
